1. Introduction
SlideSocial is a platform designed to foster community and companionship through online and offline experiences. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app, website (www.goslidesocial.com), and any services provided by SlideSocial. By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use SlideSocial, you must:
- Users must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by applicable laws in their country of residence, whichever is higher, to access and use SlideSocial. Users under this age must not create an account or use the service.
- Be capable of forming a binding contract.
- Not have unspent convictions or court orders related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
- Not have been previously removed from SlideSocial for violations of our Terms.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
3. Registration and Account Responsibilities
- Account Creation: Users must register via a valid mobile number and provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to name, gender, date of birth, and interests.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
- Account Suspension: SlideSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or if complaints are received.
4. Community Guidelines
SlideSocial maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, or abusive behavior. Users who engage in such conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently removed without notice.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, users agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and inclusivity.
- Refrain from harassment, offensive behavior, or sharing inappropriate content.
- Avoid using SlideSocial for commercial purposes or to solicit business.
- Cease contact with any user upon request.
SlideSocial strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Users engaging in such activities will face immediate account suspension or termination and will be reported to relevant legal authorities. We are committed to collaborating with law enforcement to prevent and address CSAE incidents.
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, account suspension, or termination.
5. Content Guidelines
- Users are responsible for all content shared on their profiles or during interactions.
- Prohibited content includes defamatory, obscene, or illegal material and any content that violates third-party rights.
- All user-uploaded photos will undergo face verification to prevent catfishing. This review does not extend to images linked via social media accounts.
- SlideSocial may remove content that violates these guidelines at its discretion or if reported by other users.
SlideSocial strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. 6. Privacy and Data Use

7. Safety Disclaimer
- SlideSocial does not conduct background checks on users. Please exercise caution and take safety precautions when interacting with others, both online and offline.
- SlideSocial is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
- Payment Terms: Payments for subscriptions or other services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Changes in Fees: SlideSocial reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notifications.
- Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account or payment gateway account.
- Cancellation: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancellation must be managed through your app store account or payment gateway account.
9. Offline Events and Experiences
- Participation Agreement: By booking or attending an event, you agree to follow all community guidelines and event-specific rules.
- Booking and Cancellations: Bookings must be made through the app. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for refunds.
- Safety: SlideSocial facilitates events but is not responsible for disputes, injuries, or damages during events. For events hosted by community members at private venues, such as homes, SlideSocial cannot guarantee accessibility accommodations.
- Media Consent: By attending, you grant SlideSocial the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
SlideSocial may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for paid services.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on SlideSocial is the property of SlideSocial or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without prior written consent.
12. External Links and Services
SlideSocial may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
SlideSocial is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from your interactions with other users or reports of user-shared content outside our platform.
- Errors, interruptions, or issues with the app or website.
- Any loss of data that you share with other users of your own volition, income, or goodwill related to your use of SlideSocial.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SlideSocial harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

SlideSocial reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of SlideSocial signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. For events hosted on behalf of SlideSocial at public venues, we strive to ensure accessibility but recognize that accommodations may vary at community-hosted events.
